WORKOUTS
Group workouts are a great way to fine-tune your skills while having fun with your fellow
Tridents...a little friendly competition doesn't hurt either!
We will add workout sessions as they are scheduled.  You can navigate the calendar to view by
"Month" or "Week".  Then, simply click on an individual workout for more detailed information.
